This policy explains what happens when you cancel or change your Sparky Tours subscription.
No refunds
All subscription payments to Sparky Tours are final and non-refundable, in full or in part, including for unused time remaining in a billing period. This applies to monthly and annual plans alike.
Cancelling a paid plan
When you cancel a paid subscription:
- Your plan remains fully active for the rest of the period you already paid for — you keep every feature of your current plan until that period ends.
- At the end of that period, your subscription does not renew, and your account automatically moves to the free plan (where available), instead of being charged again.
- No partial refund is issued for the time between when you cancel and when the period actually ends — you're simply not charged again going forward.
Downgrading to a lower-priced plan
Moving from a higher plan to a lower one (including down to the free tier) works the same way:
- Your current (higher) plan stays active until the period you already paid for ends.
- Your account switches to the new, lower plan starting the next billing cycle.
- We do not issue a partial refund or credit for the difference in price — there is no money transferred back to you at any point in a downgrade.
Upgrading to a higher plan
Upgrades take effect immediately upon successful payment, and billing for the new plan starts right away.
Failed or disputed payments
If a payment fails or is disputed, we follow standard retry behavior via our payment processor (Razorpay) before any change to your subscription status. Repeated failures may result in your account being placed on hold until payment succeeds.
